Introduction

Welcome to Sphere, also known as SphereTI, a product provided by Alphatechs (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sphere (the “Product”). By accessing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Product.

1. Use of the Product

a. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Product.
• By using the Product, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

b. Account Registration

• To use the Product, you may need to create an account and provide a valid email address and phone number for verification purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree not to use the Product for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Product or disrupt its operation.

2. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the Product, including but not limited to software, text, images, and design, are owned by Alphatechs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

b. License

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Product without prior written consent from Alphatechs.

3. Privacy

Your use of the Product is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Product, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Fees and Payment

a. Fees

Certain features or services of the Product may require payment of fees. Any applicable fees and payment terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

b. Refunds

Refund policies, if any, will be specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

b. By Us

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Product if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
• We also reserve the right to discontinue the Product or any part of it at our discretion.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

a. Disclaimers

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

b. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphatechs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Product.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

a. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

b. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Product shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Gjykata e Arbitrazhit Tiranë, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made. Your continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
